Hi all!
Sorry about the lack of posts...Odin keeps me running! I haven't even had time to upload any photos!
Here's what's new!
Odin has been talking up a storm! I'm not sure if anyone else could understand him but I sure can and he has a LOT to say! He's been learning SO many words! I decided to write them down one morning and I ha d a whole page filled in no time! Here's what I got just from one morning:

He also FINALLY said uh-oh instead of uh-uh today. At first he just got the uh for about a month and didn't realize that the oh that followed was also a part of the expression. Then, he could only go uh-uh and couldn't seem to come up with the oh as the second half, and today, he actually got the uh and the oh half the time ;)
Other than that, he at an entire TRAY of peas yesterday for dinner and nothing else. Just goes to show that you never know with toddlers! Here's what I wrote on our mother's email group about our evening last night:
"Hi all!
Sure some of you have already done this...but for the newbie
toddlers...this evening we had a GREAT time! I randomly had this
empty balloon. I blew it up some and handed the end to Odin who would
then let it go and chase it around the house...great fun & giggles.
After we were lightheaded and finished with that, I blew it up half
way so it wouldn't pop and he had a great time with that too! It sure
was a cheap but eventful evening! Hope that inspires you all with
new ideas for fun things to do with our little people!
Love, Star & Odin (15mo.)"
That's excitement in our household! We have a VERY active mom's group here so we are always sure to share when we come up with a solution for getting our toddlers to let us brush their teeth, or tricks to get them to sleep in their own bed, or solutions for teething pain, or new foods to try with picky eaters and such. It's a wealth of knowledge for sure! Anyways, we had our X-Mas card photos done the other day and I think you are all going to like what you see!!!!! The photographer even managed to get some photo of the three of us that weren't just Daddy, Mommy, and a streak where Odin was before he realized that he COULD NOT SIT STILL! Seriously, he was like a ball of fire the entire time and could not be coaxed to relax and slow down, even for a second. That's why I never get to the blog lately! Odin has also decided recently that sleep is for wimps and that naps are overrated soooooo there's no rest for the weary!!! Hope that makes you all feel a little less neglected! We miss you all and love you all!!!!!
